How is my order packaged?
Plain outer cartons with no branding. Temperature-sensitive material ships with insulated packaging and a cold pack where needed.
What payment methods are accepted?
Inquiries are copied to WhatsApp, Telegram or email at checkout; payment is arranged per quote after the inquiry is received.
How do I reconstitute my peptide?
Use sterile bacteriostatic water, direct it down the inner vial wall, and roll gently — never shake. Specific compounds have notes on their product page.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Reship or credit per the shipping terms. Photograph the outer carton and contents within 48 hours of delivery and email us the images.
