2. Orders. Orders are confirmed after KYC review where required. Pricing is in USD and may be updated without notice. We may decline any order at our discretion.

3. Risk. Risk of loss passes on dispatch. Lost or damaged parcels are handled under the shipping policy.

4. Liability. We are not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from use, misuse or storage of material purchased here.
