BPC-157 (pentadecapeptide BPC 157, Body Protection Compound 157; molecular formula C62H98N16O22, MW 1419.55) is a 15-amino-acid synthetic peptide sequence derived from a fragment found in gastric juice. In laboratory settings it is studied as a tool compound for wound healing, angiogenesis and soft-tissue repair pathways.
Laboratory Research Focus
BPC-157 is applied in in-vitro and ex-vitro tissue models where researchers examine collagen deposition, vascular network formation and cell migration. It is studied across skin, tendon, gastrointestinal and muscle repair models.
- Wound healing & angiogenesis Examined alongside VEGF expression and endothelial cell proliferation in vitro.
- Tendon & fibroblast models Studied in tendon-fibroblast cultures for cell outgrowth, migration and survival under oxidative stress.
- Gastrointestinal mucosa Applied in models of GI tract integrity and mucosal repair.

Why BondPep
- Third-party analytical release Every batch runs reverse-phase HPLC with UV detection and ESI-MS identity check by an independent laboratory before it enters inventory.
- Lot records retained online Each vial links to its own batch number; the corresponding HPLC and ESI-MS record is available in the lot lookup page.
- Cold-chain handled Material is climate-controlled from receipt to dispatch, with insulated packaging for temperature-sensitive orders.
- Same-day dispatch In-stock orders leave the facility within 24 hours on business days, tracked to your destination.
Reconstitution & Storage
Reconstitute with sterile bacteriostatic water before laboratory use. Allow the diluent to reach room temperature and inject it slowly down the inner vial wall; do not shake or vortex. Roll the vial gently until the solution is clear and uniform.
Store unopened lyophilized powder at −20°C, protected from light. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated at 2–8°C and use promptly. Handle with appropriate PPE in a certified laboratory setting.
